تدوین الگوی پارادایمی حسابرسی داخلی هوشمند بانکها مبتنی بر چارچوب COBIT با کاربرد هوش مصنوعی: رویکرد نظریه دادهبنیاد

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی پارادایمی حسابرسی داخلی هوشمند در بانکها مبتنی بر چارچوب COBIT و با بهرهگیری از ظرفیتهای هوش مصنوعی بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد، کیفی، اکتشافی و نظریهساز بود که با روش نظریه دادهبنیاد و رویکرد نظاممند انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل استادان دانشگاه و مدیران ارشد حسابرسی بانکهای دولتی دارای دانش و تجربه در حسابرسی داخلی، کنترل داخلی، حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت ریسک، تحلیل داده و هوش مصنوعی بود. نمونهگیری با منطق نظری و بهصورت هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انجام شد و مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت که در مصاحبه با ۱۲ خبره حاصل شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها راهنمای مصاحبه شامل هفت پرسش باز و تحلیل اسناد و مدارک بود. اعتبار دادهها از طریق سهسوسازی منابع، بازبینی خبرگان، تنوع مشارکتکنندگان، مستندسازی فرایند و مقایسه مستمر تقویت شد. دادهها با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج ۱۸۷ کد باز، ۱۸ مقوله محوری و شش مقوله اصلی منجر شد. در الگوی پارادایمی نهایی، «یکپارچگی حاکمیتی مبتنی بر COBIT» بهعنوان شرایط علّی، «زیرساختهای فناورانه و اکوسیستم داده» بهعنوان بستر حاکم، «توانمندسازی انسانی و تحول فرهنگی» بهعنوان شرایط مداخلهگر، «هوشمندی تحلیلی و ارزیابی پیشبینانه» بهعنوان پدیده محوری، «اتوماسیون هوشمند و حسابرسی مستمر» بهعنوان راهبرد و «مدیریت هوشمند ریسک و انطباق» بهعنوان پیامد شناسایی شد. روابط حاصل نشان داد که حاکمیت مبتنی بر COBIT جهت تحول را تعیین میکند، زیرساخت داده و فناوری بستر آن را فراهم میسازد، عوامل انسانی و فرهنگی بر تحقق آن اثر میگذارند و قابلیتهای تحلیلی از طریق اتوماسیون و پایش مستمر به مدیریت پیشدستانه ریسک، انطباق و تقلب منتهی میشوند. حسابرسی داخلی هوشمند در بانکها حاصل استقرار منفرد ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی نیست، بلکه مستلزم یک معماری یکپارچه از حاکمیت، داده، فناوری، سرمایه انسانی و فرایندهای حسابرسی است. الگوی ارائهشده میتواند چارچوبی برای برنامهریزی تحول حسابرسی داخلی، طراحی پروژههای هوش مصنوعی، توسعه صلاحیتهای حرفهای و تقویت مدیریت پویا و پیشنگر ریسک و انطباق در بانکها فراهم سازد.
