طراحی و تبیین مدل سلامت مالی و تابآوری اقتصادی مؤسسات حسابرسی مستقل در ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و تبیین مدل سلامت مالی و تابآوری اقتصادی مؤسسات حسابرسی مستقل در ایران و بررسی روابط میان عوامل تضعیفکننده، راهبردهای انطباقی و مدیریت ریسک مالی و شرایط تعدیلگر نهادی و محیطی بود. پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی ـ متوالی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، با استفاده از نظریه دادهبنیاد و رویکرد نظاممند اشتراوس و کوربین، مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۰ خبره حرفه حسابرسی تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری انجام شد. تحلیل دادهها از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به استخراج ۵۲ کد اولیه، ۱۸ مفهوم متمرکز و ۶ مقوله اصلی منجر شد. در مرحله کمی، مدل حاصل با دادههای ۳۵۷ نفر از حسابداران رسمی، شرکای مؤسسات حسابرسی و متخصصان حرفهای آزمون شد. ابزار کمی، پرسشنامه محققساخته مبتنی بر یافتههای کیفی بود و دادهها با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی در SmartPLS 3 تحلیل شدند. عوامل تضعیفکننده سلامت مالی اثر منفی و معناداری بر سلامت مالی و تابآوری اقتصادی داشتند (β=−0.759، t=25.086). سلامت مالی و تابآوری اقتصادی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر استراتژیهای انطباقی و مدیریت ریسک مالی نشان داد (β=0.943، t=20.252) و استراتژیهای انطباقی و مدیریت ریسک مالی نیز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تبعات کیفی و اعتباری در بازار سرمایه داشتند (β=0.924، t=92.542). همچنین، اثر تعدیلگر بستر نهادی و فرهنگ اقتصادی (β=0.565، t=7.471، p<0.001) و عوامل محیطی، نظارتی و فناورانه (β=0.445، t=5.974، p<0.001) مثبت و معنادار بود. سلامت مالی و تابآوری اقتصادی، ظرفیتهای بنیادی مؤسسات حسابرسی مستقل برای مقابله با فشارهای اقتصادی و اتخاذ راهبردهای انطباقی و مدیریت ریسک محسوب میشوند و تقویت شرایط نهادی، نظارتی و فناورانه میتواند اثربخشی این ظرفیتها را افزایش دهد.
