تدوین مدل عوامل سازمانی مؤثر بر کیفیت فرآیند حسابرسی فناوری اطلاعات با رویکرد گراندد تئوری

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدلی جامع برای تبیین نقش عوامل سازمانی بر کیفیت فرآیند حسابرسی فناوری اطلاعات بر مبنای رویکرد گراندد تئوری است. این مطالعه با استفاده از طرح آمیخته متوالی اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 28 نفر از خبرگان حوزه حسابرسی و فناوری اطلاعات با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل گردید. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر یافته‌های کیفی بین کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور توزیع و مدل مفهومی با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) اعتبارسنجی شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد تمامی بارهای عاملی متغیرها معنادار و بزرگ‌تر از 0.6 هستند. پایایی سازه‌ها با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب بالاتر از 0.7 تأیید شد. مقدار ضریب تعیین سازه پیامدها برابر 0.774 و شاخص GOF برابر 0.793 به‌دست آمد که برازش بسیار مطلوب مدل را نشان می‌دهد. همچنین شاخص‌های Q² حاکی از قدرت پیش‌بینی قوی مدل هستند. مدل نهایی پژوهش شامل شش مقوله اصلی و 52 مؤلفه است که به‌طور معنادار کیفیت حسابرسی فناوری اطلاعات را تبیین می‌کنند و می‌تواند مبنای سیاست‌گذاری و بهبود عملکرد حسابرسی IT در سازمان‌ها قرار گیرد.
