تبیین عوامل کلیدی تقلب مالی در شرکتهای ایرانی با تلفیق دادههای کیفی و مدل XGBoost

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی، بومیسازی، اعتبارسنجی و رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر ریسک تقلب مالی در شرکتهای ایرانی و ارائه مدلی زمینهمند برای ارزیابی و پیشبینی این ریسک بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته کیفی–کمی و طرح توصیفی–پیمایشی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، 45 مطالعه منتشرشده طی پنج سال اخیر با روش فراترکیب بررسی و مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 12 خبره دارای حداقل 10 سال سابقه تخصصی در حسابرسی، مدیریت مالی، حاکمیت شرکتی یا مقرراتگذاری بازار سرمایه اجرا شد. دادههای مصاحبه با تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شدند و پایایی بین کدگذاران برابر با 0.86 به دست آمد. تلفیق یافتههای کیفی به شناسایی 17 عامل اولیه انجامید. در بخش کمی، ارتباط عوامل با ریسک تقلب با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس در نرمافزار SPSS بررسی شد. پس از غربالگری آماری، 15 عامل وارد الگوریتم XGBoost شدند و اهمیت آنها با معیار Gain Importance رتبهبندی شد. کیفیت پایین حسابرسی و نظارت ضعیف هیئتمدیره بیشترین همبستگی را با ریسک تقلب نشان داد (r=0.465, p<0.001؛ F=22.30, p<0.001). فشارهای مالی و اهرم بالا (r=0.421, p=0.001؛ F=18.92, p<0.001)، وجود عناصر مثلث/پنجضلعی تقلب (r=0.403, p=0.001؛ F=16.54, p=0.001) و مالکیت متمرکز و خانوادگی (r=0.398, p=0.002؛ F=16.01, p=0.001) نیز روابط معناداری داشتند. ضعف استقلال حسابرسان داخلی و پیچیدگی محیط عملیاتی به دلیل نبود معناداری آماری حذف شدند. رتبهبندی XGBoost نشان داد کیفیت پایین حسابرسی و نظارت ضعیف هیئتمدیره با 18.7 درصد، فشارهای مالی و اهرم بالا با 15.2 درصد و مالکیت متمرکز و خانوادگی با 12.4 درصد، در مجموع نزدیک به نیمی از قدرت تبیین مدل را تشکیل میدهند. ارزیابی ریسک تقلب مالی در ایران مستلزم تلفیق شاخصهای عمومی با مؤلفههای بومی اقتصادی، مالکیتی و نظارتی است؛ بنابراین، تقویت استقلال و کیفیت حسابرسی، اثربخشی نظارت هیئتمدیره، شفافیت ساختار مالکیت و مدیریت فشارهای مالی باید در اولویت سیاستهای پیشگیری از تقلب قرار گیرد.
