نقش تعدیلی مالکیت خانوادگی بر رابطه بین جریانهای نقدی سرمایهگذاری و ارزش شرکت

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین جریانهای نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای سرمایهگذاری و ارزش شرکت و تعیین نقش تعدیلگر مالکیت خانوادگی در این رابطه بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، پسرویدادی و مبتنی بر دادههای تاریخی شرکتها بود. جامعه آماری شامل شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بود که با استفاده از روش حذف سیستماتیک و بر اساس معیارهای ورود پژوهش، 112 شرکت طی دوره پنجساله 2020 تا 2024 انتخاب شدند و در مجموع 560 مشاهده شرکت-سال مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ارزش شرکت با استفاده از نسبت کیو توبین، جریان نقدی سرمایهگذاری از نسبت جریانهای نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای سرمایهگذاری به ارزش دفتری داراییهای غیرجاری و مالکیت خانوادگی بر اساس نسبت سهامداران خانوادگی سنجیده شد. نسبت جاری، گردش داراییها، اهرم مالی و اندازه هیئتمدیره نیز بهعنوان متغیرهای کنترلی وارد مدل شدند. دادهها با استفاده از Excel و EViews و از طریق رگرسیون دادههای پانلی با اثرات ثابت تحلیل شدند. نتایج مدل نخست نشان داد جریان نقدی حاصل از فعالیتهای سرمایهگذاری رابطه منفی و معناداری با ارزش شرکت دارد (β=-0.476، t=-2.524، p=0.027). مدل رگرسیونی بهطور کلی معنادار بود (F=8.215، p<0.001) و 42.8 درصد از تغییرات ارزش شرکت را تبیین کرد. در مدل دوم، اثر تعاملی جریان نقدی سرمایهگذاری و مالکیت خانوادگی بر ارزش شرکت معنادار نبود (β=0.057، t=0.858، p=0.165)؛ بنابراین، مالکیت خانوادگی نقش تعدیلگر معناداری در رابطه بین جریان نقدی سرمایهگذاری و ارزش شرکت نداشت. یافتهها نشان میدهند جریانهای نقدی مرتبط با فعالیتهای سرمایهگذاری با ارزش شرکت ارتباط معناداری دارند؛ بهگونهای که خروج منابع نقدی برای سرمایهگذاری میتواند در صورت تخصیص به فرصتهای مولد، با ایجاد منافع اقتصادی آتی در ارزش شرکت منعکس شود. بااینحال، مالکیت خانوادگی بهتنهایی قادر به تغییر معنادار این رابطه نیست و احتمالاً ویژگیهای دیگری از ساختار مالکیت و حاکمیت شرکتی در نحوه تبدیل تصمیمات سرمایهگذاری به ارزش شرکت نقش دارند.
