اثرات غیرخطی نابرابری درآمدی و فناوریهای نوین بر سلامت عمومی در کشورهای منتخب

هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی اثرات غیرخطی نابرابری درآمدی و فناوریهای نوین بر سلامت عمومی در کشورهای منتخب است. برای این منظور از مدل با رویکرد آستانهای پانل (PSTR) بر اساس دادههای سالانه کشورهای منتخب توسعهیافته و درحالتوسعه، طی دوره 2023-2010 استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، یک واحد افزایش در مخارج تحقیق و توسعه، شاخص توسعه فناوری ، درآمد سرانه، سرمایه ثابت ناخالص و سرمایه انسانی به ترتیب منجر به افزایش 14/0، 13/0، 37/0، 26/0 و 46/0 واحدی شاخص سلامت عمومی در کشورهای توسعهیافته و 09/0، 1/0، 15/0، 27/0 و 22/0 واحدی در کشورهای درحالتوسعه میشود. همچنین یک واحد افزایش در بیکاری، نابرابری درآمدی و نرخ تورم به ترتیب منجر به کاهش 07/0، 002/0 و 08/0 واحدی شاخص سلامت عمومی در کشورهای توسعهیافته و 31/0، 23/0 و 15/0واحدی در کشورهای درحالتوسعه میشود. برخورداری افراد از سطوح بالای آموزشی، افزایش جمعیت، نرخ بالای بیکاری و تورم، علاوه بر تاثیری که بر میزان درآمد و توزیع درآمد آنان میگذارد، میتواند بر کیفیت زندگی آنان نیز موثر باشد و از این طریق سبب بهبود یا بدتر شدن وضعیت سلامتی در جامعه گردد. از طرفی با افزایش نرخ باسوادی و به تبع آن افزایش آگاهیهای عمومی، افراد میتوانند نقش موثرتری در جامعه داشته باشند و از این طریق درآمد بالاتری کسب کنند. با توجه به نتایج حاصله و از آنجایی که برابری درآمدی نقش بسزایی در توسعه انسانی و در نتیجه توسعه همهجانبه دارد، پیشنهاد میشود سیاستگذاران در اعمال سیاستهای توزیع عادلانه درآمد توجه خاصی داشته باشند.
