An applied, exploratory mixed-methods design was employed, using a fuzzy Delphi technique with 18 academic and professional experts to extract key components, followed by a quantitative phase in which data from 384 accountants and financial managers were analyzed through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 3.3. The results indicate that individual factors such as digital knowledge and skills and attitudes toward technology, along with organizational factors including organizational support, organizational culture, information technology infrastructure, and interaction with the professional environment, have significant effects on empowerment and AI adoption, with digital knowledge and IT infrastructure showing the strongest effects. Empowering accountants for AI adoption is a multidimensional process requiring the simultaneous development of individual capabilities and supportive organizational and technological infrastructures, and the proposed model provides a robust foundation for digital transformation policies in the accounting profession.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تبیین عوامل فردی و سازمانی مؤثر بر توانمندسازی حسابداران به‌منظور پذیرش فناوری هوش مصنوعی است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش‌شناسی آمیخته اکتشافی است که در بخش کیفی از تکنیک دلفی فازی با مشارکت ۱۸ نفر خبره دانشگاهی و حرفه‌ای برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها استفاده شد و در بخش کمی، داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه ساختارمند از ۳۸۴ حسابدار و مدیر مالی با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS 3.3 تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد عوامل فردی شامل دانش و مهارت‌های دیجیتال و نگرش به فناوری، و عوامل سازمانی شامل حمایت سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات و تعامل با محیط حرفه‌ای، همگی اثر معناداری بر توانمندسازی و پذیرش فناوری هوش مصنوعی دارند؛ در این میان، دانش دیجیتال و زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات بیشترین ضرایب تأثیر را نشان دادند. توانمندسازی حسابداران برای پذیرش هوش مصنوعی فرایندی چندبعدی است که مستلزم هم‌زمانی توسعه مهارت‌های فردی و فراهم‌سازی بسترهای سازمانی و فناورانه بوده و مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند مبنای سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی تحول دیجیتال در حرفه حسابداری قرار گیرد.</p> https://jafci.com/index.php/jafci/article/download/344/262
