Journal Article 1404/04/05 <p>This study, by applying the new paradigm of sustainable development management and using a hybrid theoretical framework that comprehensively considers the institutional, structural, human, and environmental dimensions of financial development in natural resource-dependent economies, provides an in-depth analysis of the pivotal role of human capital as a key mediating mechanism in the dynamic relationship between financial development and income inequality. Using dynamic panel data from twenty-two natural resource-dependent countries during the period 2012 to 2023, and using advanced hierarchical dynamic structural equation modeling methodology, the present study analyzes the direct, indirect, and interactive paths of financial development on income inequality, considering the multilevel mediation role of human capital. The research findings show that financial development affects income distribution through three separate channels: on the one hand, it has a direct and significant effect on reducing income inequality, on the other hand, it exerts a significant indirect effect on improving income distribution through strengthening human capital, and through its interaction with institutional quality, it has a compound effect on income distribution. Based on the results obtained, the share of the indirect effect through human capital constitutes about forty percent of the total effect of financial development on income inequality, which indicates the pivotal role of this variable in transferring the effects of financial development to the field of income distribution. Also, dependence on natural resources has been identified as a moderating variable that, by weakening the positive effects of financial development on income distribution, prevents the full realization of the potential for reducing inequality through financial sector development. By introducing an integrated analytical model and quantifying direct, indirect, and interactive effects, this research provides significant theoretical and methodological contribution to the literature on the subject and has important policy implications for designing strategies to reduce inequality within the framework of development management in natural resource-dependent economies. The findings of this study show that investment in human capital acts not only as a development goal, but also as a mechanism that enhances the effects of financial development on reducing income inequality. This new understanding of the dual role of human capital opens up new horizons for development policymaking in resource-based economies and emphasizes the need to simultaneously address financial development and human capital in inequality reduction strategies. By providing a new conceptual model, this study opens new avenues for future research in the fields of development management and resource economics.</p> <p>این پژوهش با به‌کارگیری پارادایم نوین مدیریت توسعه پایدار و با استفاده از چارچوب نظری ترکیبی که ابعاد نهادی، ساختاری، انسانی و محیط‌زیستی توسعه مالی را در اقتصادهای وابسته به منابع طبیعی مورد توجه جامع قرار می‌دهد، به تحلیل عمیق نقش محوری سرمایه انسانی به عنوان مکانیزم واسطه‌ای کلیدی در رابطه پویا بین توسعه مالی و نابرابری درآمدی می‌پردازد. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از داده‌های تابلویی پویای بیست و دو کشور متکی بر منابع طبیعی طی دوره زمانی دو هزار و دوازده تا دو هزار و بیست و سه و با بهره‌گیری از روش‌شناسی پیشرفته مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری پویای سلسله مراتبی، به تحلیل مسیرهای مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و تعاملی تأثیرگذاری توسعه مالی بر نابرابری درآمدی با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه‌گری چندسطحی سرمایه انسانی پرداخته است.یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که توسعه مالی از طریق سه کانال مجزا بر توزیع درآمد اثر می‌گذارد: از یک سو دارای اثر مستقیم و معنادار بر کاهش نابرابری درآمدی است، از سوی دیگر از طریق تقویت سرمایه انسانی، اثر غیرمستقیم قابل توجهی بر بهبود توزیع درآمد اعمال می‌کند و از طریق تعامل با کیفیت نهادی، اثر مرکب بر توزیع درآمد دارد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، سهم اثر غیرمستقیم از طریق سرمایه انسانی حدود چهل درصد از کل اثر توسعه مالی بر نابرابری درآمدی را تشکیل می‌دهد که نشان‌دهنده نقش محوری این متغیر در انتقال آثار توسعه مالی به عرصه توزیع درآمد است.همچنین، وابستگی به منابع طبیعی به عنوان متغیر تعدیل‌گر شناسایی شده که با تضعیف اثرات مثبت توسعه مالی بر توزیع درآمد، مانع از تحقق کامل پتانسیل‌های کاهش نابرابری از طریق توسعه بخش مالی می‌شود. این پژوهش از طریق معرفی مدل تحلیلی یکپارچه و سهم‌سنجی اثرات مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و تعاملی، کمک نظری و روش‌شناختی قابل توجهی به ادبیات موضوع ارائه کرده و پیامدهای سیاستی مهمی برای طراحی راهبردهای کاهش نابرابری در چارچوب مدیریت توسعه در اقتصادهای متکی بر منابع طبیعی در بر دارد.یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که سرمایه‌گذاری در سرمایه انسانی نه تنها به عنوان یک هدف توسعه‌ای، بلکه به عنوان مکانیزم تقویت‌کننده اثرات توسعه مالی بر کاهش نابرابری درآمدی عمل می‌کند. این درک جدید از نقش دوگانه سرمایه انسانی، افق‌های تازه‌ای برای سیاست‌گذاری توسعه در اقتصادهای منابع‌محور گشوده و ضرورت توجه همزمان به توسعه مالی و سرمایه انسانی را در راهبردهای کاهش نابرابری مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد. این پژوهش با ارائه مدل مفهومی نوین، مسیرهای جدیدی برای تحقیقات آتی در حوزه مدیریت توسعه و اقتصاد منابع گشوده است.</p> https://jafci.com/index.php/jafci/article/download/273/174
