This applied study was conducted in two phases. In the qualitative phase, a systematic literature review was performed, and thematic analysis was conducted using Nvivo 14 to identify the main themes related to financial sustainability. In the quantitative phase, a structured questionnaire derived from the qualitative findings was distributed among 20 experts in sports finance management based in Tehran. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, and the Friedman test was applied to determine the ranking of the identified factors. Results indicated six main categories affecting financial sustainability: financial and budgetary management, managerial structure and governance, sports marketing and branding, legal system and contract transparency, institutional and governmental support, and human resources and social capital. According to the Friedman test, financial and budgetary management ranked first (mean rank = 5.78), followed by managerial structure and governance (5.24) and sports marketing and branding (4.89). The findings highlight that financial transparency, diversification of revenue sources, and managerial independence are the key prerequisites for financial sustainability in Iranian football. Moreover, digital marketing development, legal standardization, and human resource training are essential for strengthening long-term financial stability. Implementing innovative financial policies and reforming governance frameworks can pave the way toward sustainable professional football in Iran.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پایداری مالی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی کیفی–کمی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، با مرور نظام‌مند منابع علمی داخلی و خارجی و تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Nvivo نسخه ۱۴، مضامین اصلی مرتبط با پایداری مالی شناسایی شدند. در مرحله کمی، بر اساس یافته‌های مرحله نخست، پرسش‌نامه‌ای طراحی و بین ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت مالی ورزشی در شهر تهران توزیع شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ و آزمون فریدمن تحلیل گردید تا رتبه‌بندی نهایی عوامل تعیین شود. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که شش دسته عامل اصلی بر پایداری مالی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران تأثیر دارند: مدیریت مالی و بودجه‌ای، ساختار مدیریتی و حکمرانی، بازاریابی ورزشی و برندینگ، نظام حقوقی و شفافیت قراردادها، حمایت‌های نهادی و دولتی، و منابع انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی. بر اساس آزمون فریدمن، عامل مدیریت مالی و بودجه‌ای با میانگین رتبه ۵.۷۸ در رتبه اول قرار گرفت و پس از آن ساختار مدیریتی و بازاریابی ورزشی به‌ترتیب در جایگاه دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که شفافیت مالی، تنوع منابع درآمدی، و استقلال مدیریتی مهم‌ترین پیش‌نیازهای پایداری مالی در لیگ فوتبال ایران هستند. همچنین، توسعه بازاریابی دیجیتال، تدوین چارچوب‌های حقوقی شفاف، و سرمایه‌گذاری در آموزش منابع انسانی از عوامل تقویت‌کننده پایداری اقتصادی باشگاه‌ها محسوب می‌شوند. اجرای سیاست‌های مالی نوین و اصلاح ساختار حکمرانی می‌تواند مسیر توسعه پایدار فوتبال حرفه‌ای ایران را هموار سازد.</p> https://jafci.com/index.php/jafci/article/download/225/171
