Journal Article 1404/01/18 <p>This study aimed to identify the dimensions and components of organizational governance in higher education based on artificial intelligence technology. The research employed a qualitative approach. In the fuzzy Delphi technique stage, key components were identified and screened through a survey of 20 experts, including senior managers and faculty members specializing in management and information technology, selected through purposive judgmental sampling. The DEMATEL method was then applied to analyze the influence, dependence, and prioritization of components, conducted with a sample of 20 experts and key university stakeholders, also selected through purposive judgmental sampling. The findings indicate the development of a comprehensive model with two main dimensions—organizational governance and artificial intelligence technology—comprising 18 key components such as organizational knowledge management, applications of artificial intelligence in education, change and transformation management, control and supervision, and transparency and accountability. DEMATEL analysis revealed that organizational knowledge management and applications of artificial intelligence in education play a pivotal role due to their strong influence, whereas components such as artificial intelligence ethics and technology infrastructure are more dependent and require structural support. The prioritization of components showed that change and transformation management, applications of artificial intelligence in education, and inter-organizational collaboration hold higher importance. By integrating artificial intelligence into big data analytics, intelligent decision-making, financial monitoring, and personalized education, this model optimizes university processes. Therefore, considering the identified components, integrating organizational governance and artificial intelligence technology in higher education can help optimize managerial and educational processes. Organizational knowledge management and applications of artificial intelligence play a central role, whereas components such as artificial intelligence ethics require structural support. This model facilitates decision-making and monitoring in universities.</p> <p>این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های حاکمیت سازمانی در آموزش عالی مبتنی بر فناوری هوش مصنوعی انجام شد. روش تحقیق از رویکرد کیفی استفاده کرده است. در مرحله تکنیک دلفی فازی، مؤلفه‌های کلیدی از طریق نظرسنجی از 20 نفر از خبرگان شامل مدیران ارشد و اعضای هیئت‌علمی با تخصص در مدیریت و فناوری اطلاعات، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند قضاوتی، شناسایی و غربالگری شدند و در روش دیمتل برای تحلیل اثرگذاری، اثرپذیری و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها به کار رفت که با نمونه‌ای متشکل از 20 نفر از خبرگان و ذی‌نفعان کلیدی دانشگاه، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند قضاوتی، اجرا شد. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده تدوین مدلی جامع با دو بعد اصلی حاکمیت سازمانی و فناوری هوش مصنوعی است که شامل 18 مؤلفه کلیدی نظیر مدیریت دانش سازمانی، کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، مدیریت تغییر و تحول، کنترل و نظارت، و شفافیت و پاسخگویی می‌شود. تحلیل دیمتل مشخص کرد که مدیریت دانش سازمانی و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش به دلیل اثرگذاری قوی، نقش محوری دارند، درحالی‌که مؤلفه‌هایی مانند اخلاقیات هوش مصنوعی و زیرساخت فناوری اثرپذیر بوده و به پشتیبانی ساختاری نیاز دارند. اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها نشان داد که مدیریت تغییر و تحول، کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، و همکاری بین سازمانی از اهمیت بالاتری برخوردارند. این مدل با ادغام هوش مصنوعی در تحلیل داده‌های کلان، تصمیم‌گیری هوشمند، نظارت مالی و شخصی‌سازی آموزش، فرآیندهای دانشگاه را بهینه می‌سازد. بنابراین، با توجه به مؤلفه‌های شناسایی‌شده، ادغام حاکمیت سازمانی و فناوری هوش مصنوعی در آموزش عالی می‌تواند به بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای مدیریتی و آموزشی کمک کند. مدیریت دانش سازمانی و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی نقش محوری دارند، درحالی‌که مؤلفه‌هایی مانند اخلاقیات هوش مصنوعی نیاز به پشتیبانی ساختاری دارند. این مدل به تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری و نظارت در دانشگاه‌ها منجر می‌شود.</p> https://jafci.com/index.php/jafci/article/download/140/97
